We want to welcome the newest addition to our team, Paxton Delany! You can check out her Bio on the "Meet the Staff" page or see her in person Monday evenings at 6 PM as she teaches Bodyweight Bootcamp or at 7 PM teaching Metabolic Training. She'd love to help push your workout to the next level!
