and welcome from our owner and founder, Bill Burnett.
“When I came through the door and met the instructors, they were all so good and knowledgeable. It didn’t matter what level I was on, they could challenge me and I didn’t feel bad about being a beginner. They made me feel really comfortable. I’ve had a lot of success, I’ve dropped 2 sizes.! I’m stronger, I’m more flexible, I have energy, I feel great. I have a lot more confidence in myself, and I’m just really mad I didn’t do this sooner. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.”

Regional manager- ivy/NorthRachel Musser
Rachel began her fitness journey while completing her Master’s in Secondary English Education at UVA. During that time, she discovered yoga and was amazed by how it helped her manage stress and feel stronger in her body. That experience sparked a shift—not just in her health, but in how she wanted to help others. She later became a Yoga Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer. While she still leads the occasional training session, Rachel now focuses on supporting both clients and staff—creating an environment where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow.
Rachel credits Success Studio with changing her own outlook on fitness, and she feels grateful to pay that experience forward. Outside the studio, you’ll find her hiking, traveling, or hanging out with her husband and cats!
