Immune Boost Green Juice

With concerns of COVID-19, taking care of our bodies and health is more important than ever! Green Immune Boost Juice Recipe:

½ cup Orange Juice (or ¼ cup water ¼ cup OJ for less sugar)

1 cup Fresh Spinach (or frozen)

1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast (can purchase online or at most grocery stores in organic health food dept)

1/3 Banana Sliced

1 Teaspoon Cod Liver Oil (optional) ( I buy the Carlson brand from Whole Foods with lemon flavor)
