Stacked

Hit the body with a healthy dose of high volume training that incorporates a drop set format for maximal calorie expenditure. Transform your body with targeted movements that are stacked together for an intense, shredding experience!

MetCon 1 & 2

Maximize your calorie burn and increase your metabolic rate with this high intensity training program! You will work your entire body by doing calorie burning exercises at a quick pace, allowing you to increase cardiovascular capacity while building strength and endurance. These sessions run 45 minutes.

Total Body Strength 1 & 2

TBS provides a full body workout that incorporates strength machines, free weights and body weight exercises to build lean muscle and burn fat! TBS Express runs 45 minutes.

ChiZel

Channel your inner performer and shift your workout into overdrive with this high intensity interval training program that combines grueling, all-out work efforts with brief recovery periods to provide a total body workout with maximum results.

Core-dio

Learn how to maximize your cardio workout by training in your heart rate zones and learn how to use cardio equipment effectively. We add in a blast of core work to help stabilize and strengthen. Heart rate monitor recommended.

Gentle Yoga

We utilize floor stretches to provide relief to sore muscles and make space in the body. Learn to use prop supported poses to allow for maximal relaxation and release. Leave your mat with lengthened muscles and a lightness of spirit.

Offered LIVESTREAM and In Facility.

Slow Flow Yoga

Slowly flow through a set of yoga postures combined with breath-work to improve flexibility and balance. Learn to explore each pose to support your unique body. No prior yoga experience necessary - come ready to move, breath, and reconnect with your body!

Offered LIVESTREAM and In Facility.

Foundation

This group focuses on core strength training and range of motion exercises to keep you moving pain free. These mobility exercises will help get your body prepared for the more intense exercises. Build your foundation to obtain your strong super structure.

We offer One-on-One Personal Training, Semi-Private Training, and Large Group Training Sessions, all which include the following:

In-depth coaching, support and motivation from your personal trainer.

Unlimited attendance to all Large Group Training Sessions; these are designed specifically to supplement and boost performance during your weekly sessions.

Unlimited access to our facility during regular business hours.

One-On-One Training
Membership

Includes individualized intense training session(s) that focuses on your goals and specialized exercises that will correct issues detected in your initial assessment.

Semi-Private Training
Memberships

Includes training session(s) in a semi-private setting of up to 4 to challenge each member & personalized exercises to correct issues detected in your initial assessment.

Essentials
Membership

Unlimited access to Large Group trainings including up to 12 members.
