One-On-One Training

Personalized training in a one-on-one session affords you an opportunity to progress after physical therapy with trainer led workouts written specifically for you to keep you injury free.

Who is this membership for?

This membership is appropriate for someone who is recovering from injury or surgery and is ready for the next step.

Depending on your goals, we offer one, two or three personal training sessions per week.

What’s included?

We work closely with your physician or physical therapist for a smooth transition and provide weekly Personal Training sessions to help keep you injury free!

Our 3 Month Bridge Program Membership includes:

  • Initial consultation and individualized program design with a personal trainer (1 hour)

  • Consultation before, during, and after program with your physical therapist/physician to discuss your needs and progress

  • Individualized training sessions to guide you to your goals and prevent future injury

  • Specialized exercises that will correct issues detected in assessment

  • Unlimited access to facility during our business hours
