Protein Packed Fall Snack Recipes

Looking for fall snacks that are comforting and tasty, but still fit your goals? We’re heading into Holiday Season, which is often synonymous with overindulgence. It can be tempting to throw in the towel and eat pie and mashed potatoes until January, but your body needs protein and nutrients to thrive! Take care of yourself and and try this veggie packed shake or protein balls!

This “milkshake” is loaded with nutrients and tastes like ice cream. Awesome for breakfasts on the go. For even more ease portion the ingredients into freezer bags and store in the freezer so you can throw this treat together in a pinch by adding your liquid and blending.

For the sweet potatoes, cut into cubes, steaming, then freeze ahead of time. You want them to be frozen when you blend in order to get the right texture. We recommend steaming then freezing the cauliflower, as well to aid digestion. It may sound weird, but trust us it’s delicious!
