It's SWEATER Season!

This is the time of year when family gatherings, indulgent food, and cold weather make getting to the gym an uphill battle. But we have the cure to help you stay inspired and maintain your regular fitness routine during the busy and tempting holiday season! From November 22 through February 5, your motivation will be driven by competing against fellow Success Studio members in the delightfully tacky, definitely fun, Holiday Sweat-ers Competition. Challenge accepted!

Challenges earn you points. Points earn you prizes. Prizes earn you smiles! Just ask last year’s participants! Not only did North member Adrian win gift certificates to Zo-Ca-Lo, Flour Power Cupcakery, and Flavor Exceptional Catering, he lost 50+ pounds! The fun competitions both in and out of the gym stimulated his competitive side and he crushed it!

Basic Point Structure, for example, is as follows:

  1. Come in for a workout on your own: 1 Point

  2. Take an Individual Training Session: 3 Points

  3. Take a Large Group Training Session: 2 Points

  4. Take a Semi-Private Training Session: 3 Points

  5. Purchase Four Add-On Training Sessions: 10 Points (Note: add-on sessions in quantities of four may be purchased during the contest period for 20% off!)

  6. Refer a Friend: 10 Points

Silly Ways to Get Points (Each location may have different challenges for different points. This is just a sampling.)

  1. Workout IN an ugly sweater

  2. Workout IN Success Studio merch

  3. Workout twice in one day

  4. Pose for a picture with a trainer and post it on social media

  5. Challenge another member to a fitness challenge

  6. Daily and weekly challenges

  7. Other ways to gain points via social media

To participate in the annual Sweat-ers Competition, please bring two (2) cans of non-perishable food to the front desk BY NOVEMBER 19th to be donated to Blue Ridge Area Food Bank. Still want to donate, but didn’t get your donation in this week? Use this link Donate to Blue Ridge Area Food Bank and let us know! We are extending sign up to Wednesday November 24.

So not only will you have fun being a Sweat-er, you’ll also be a hunger hero! Last year, we raised $523 and 275 pounds of food. Because of our member’s generous donations and excitement to be Sweat-ers, the Food Bank was able to prepare 2,322 meals for those in need.
